Spencer Chang, Controller

Spencer Chang is the controller for A.C.T. Investments and related entities. With over 30 years of professional experience in financial management, Spencer is responsible for supervising all of the accounting activities within our U.S. office. Spencer is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor degree in economics from Tamkang University in Taiwan. He later obtained a master degree in accounting from East Tennessee State University.
