Austin Young, Investment Analyst

Austin Young serves as the investment analyst for A.C.T. Investments, Inc. Austin’s roles with A.C.T include financial analysis, creating investment memos, researching markets, and overseeing progress on current projects. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Housing with a concentration in Residential Property Management from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining A.C.T., Austin served as the senior analyst of Global State Investment Group, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company with a focus on value-add multi-family projects throughout the Southeast.
