Peter Chen, President

Peter Chen serves as President for A.C.T. Investments, Inc. Peter earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Chinese Literature from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining A.C.T., Peter was Vice President of Global State Investment Group, an Atlanta based real estate investment company with a focus on value-add multi-family projects throughout the Southeast and Texas. Peter was previously a Principal of Asian Pacific B&P LLC a real estate investment firm that provides full service solutions for foreign investors entering the US market. Peter is a LEED Green Associate and has a Project Management Certificate from Emory University.
