Peter Chang, Vice Chairman

Peter co-founded A.C.T. Investments, Inc. in 1987. As a veteran in the Atlanta real estate community, Peter has been involved in the investment of over $1 billion of assets in multifamily, retail, and industrial sectors. He is also Managing Partner of Atlanta Chinatown Investments, LLC. Peter obtained his Master’s Degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Bachelor’s Degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
